STAY A LITTLE LONGER
A founding place at NORA.
The first 50 founding memberships from launch are $119 a month, held while your membership stays active. Buy your $39 intro before October 31, 2026 to be eligible when you finish, subject to founding availability.

Memberships sold before launch don’t count toward the 50. If you cancel and return later, the current membership rate applies. The intro does not automatically enroll you.
Is this for me if I’m new to yoga?
Yes. Tell your teacher it’s your first class and move at your own pace. Gro Flow connects movement with breath, Gro Strong focuses on low-impact strength, and Gro Surrender gives you time to slow down.
When do my two weeks start?
At your first class, rather than the day you buy. Book your first class within 30 days of purchase. You then have 14 days of unlimited classes at NORA.
Who can use the $39 offer?
New GRO students only, one intro per person, at our NORA studio. Already practised with us? Text us and we’ll help you find the right option.
What should I bring?
Water and comfortable clothes you can move in. A mat and towel are included. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class so we can welcome you.
How warm is Gro Flow?
Infrared panels warm the room to about 90°F. Take a break whenever you need one, and let your teacher know it’s your first heated class.
What if my plans change?
Your intro is fully refundable before your first class. Text the studio for help. Once you start, the pass runs for 14 days from that first class.
Does this turn into a membership?
No. The $39 intro is a one-time purchase. If you’d like to keep practising, we’ll help you choose a membership or class pack after your two weeks.
